Q: What is an Affiliate?

An Affiliate is what would typically be known in the retail industry as a "representative," or "rep." In this case, an "E-rep" is probably a more accurate description. Best part is that you don't have to drag a briefcase of samples with you!

Q: How does an Tushy Clean Affiliate Agreement work?

As an Affiliate, you will have an assigned Account Number which will be encoded so that TushyClean can track any purchase made on juscuzz.com as a result of a linkage from your website. You or your organization will receive monthly commissions based on sales generated.

Q: What do I need to have in order to be an Affiliate?

A website, simple or complex, one simple page or a big deal. We'll place a tile or a text link on your site, linking to the TushyClean Product Line. When visitors click on it and complete a purchase, your account will be credited automatically.

Q. What if I don't have a website?

Not a problem. You may want to consider setting up a simple, inexpensive site. No time like the present to get involved in e-commerce. However, if that's not of interest, you can still obtain an Affiliate Account Number from us, and have your customers insert it on their on-line orders, as well as on all fax and 800# orders. However, you must have an email address and access to the Web so that we can communicate with you - and you are able to view your account statistics

Q: And then?

We track all visitors and sales to your specific assigned Affiliate Account Number. If a visitor does not purchase initially, but later returns and completes a purchase, we can still track affiliate referrals up to 2 years from the initial contact.

Q: How are commissions paid?

Within 30 days of each month's end, TushyClean will cut checks to Affiliates. If commission amounts to less than $25, payment will carry over until following month.

Q: How can I stay current on my Affiliate Account Status?

You will be able to access a special on-line Report Page for status updates.

Q: As an Affiliate, what's in it for ME?

20% of every sale generated by your site, paid monthly. If you've checked other affiliate programs, you will know this percentage is VERY generous.

Q. Do you offer opportunity for 2nd tier Affiliates?

Yes. Much like the garment and accessory business, TushyClean has implemented a two-tier representative system. By bringing another Affiliate on board, the "parent" Affiliate will receive a 3% commission on all 1st tier sales. Note: there is no 3rd Tier in the tushy program.

Q. Does this mean that I can enjoy a 20% discount on my own personal purchases?

Yes, another great advantage of joining the Tushy Program.

Q: What else do I need to do as an Affiliate?

Generating sales is all about generating interest. Your challenge will be to promote your site, and the Tushy Link both on and off-line. One simple way is to display a testimonial and brief description next to the Tushy Link on your site. There are many other ways, limited only by your own creativity and ingenuity. More on this in our Welcome Package.

Q: If I join the Program, how do I get started?

We will send you a Welcome Package by email. This will provide you with operation and administrative details as well as marketing tips and strategies for a successful program.

Q: Who's a good candidate for an Affilate Status with Tushy?

Anyone who likes our products, buys into our mission and has a constituency or circle of "influence" that might feel the same.

Q: Sounds too easy. Isn't this like a multi-level marketing scheme?

Not at all, for two reasons: first, commissions are paid only for products sold - not for shuffling bodies or signing people up; second, it is structured like the traditional retail business, which exists because of layers of wholesalers, distributors and reps. We have professional, independent reps working under the same Agreements.

Q: What about Spam??!!

Spam Alert! Prospective Affiliates should be aware that TushyClean does not tolerate bulk email to recipients that have not opted-in or requested communication. Spamming by an Affiliate will be grounds for immediate termination of Affiliate Agreement.
